The basic concept and characteristics of side belt

The common side belt is the large angle corrugated side belt, which was first developed by the British company and began to promote. Our country is introduced and popularized by Japan.

The large angle corrugated sidewall is composed of baseband, sidewall and diaphragm. The rib can prevent the material from sliding and falling. In order to bypass the drum easily, the baffle is designed to be corrugated; the function of the diaphragm is to support the material, and in order to realize the large angle conveying, T-type TC type is adopted. The baffle and diaphragm are connected with the baseband by secondary vulcanization, which has high connection strength.

Corrugated edge conveyor belt (ordinary large angle corrugated edge conveyor belt) varieties: according to the covering rubber can be divided into ordinary, heat-resistant, flame-retardant, cold resistant, acid and alkali resistant, oil-resistant, etc.
